Quick help needed please EDIT - (Photos now included following shoot)

Hi all. Im trying to set up an off camera godox flash and have it paired wirelessly so that the sender flashes when I press the test fire button, but when I press the shutter button to take the photo nothing happens? Can anyone help please?

Is it locked down firmly is always the first question.

Which camera and which wireless transmitter do you have?

Feel embarrased now. The transmitter wasnt fully in place on my hotshoe. Thanks for the message as it made me check...

Don't! (Feel embarrassed!) You're not the first and won't be the last to make a simple mistake.

First go at off camera flash, and overall some shots were hit and miss, but its a start, and Im certainly a bit wiser... not just for the obvious reason (that was the cause of this post), but feel that Ive learned a bit as well. A good bit further to go all the same. Thanks again to the folks who helped..
