quick advice needed

i've an opportunity to do a studio shoot tomorrow night at a local camera club,and i'm wondering which of the lens i have would be best suited.

i have the following.....

18-70 F3.5-4.5

75-300 F4.5-5.6

50mm F1.7 prime

105mm F2.8 macro

any help greatly appreciated.....

Well it rather depends on what you're likely to be shooting! Assuming it's portrait stuff, then I'd guess that the 50mm will come in extremely handy. Not really my game though - no doubt someone with more of an idea will be along in a bit.

sorry,i should have said that we'll be shooting portrait...head and shoulders stuff.i will be taking all of my lens,but i wondered which would be best suited to the task.

papalazarou...i assume you've said the 50mm and the 105mm as they both give a shallow DoF :shrug:

the primes will be sharper than the zooms
