I have been asked by a farm park if i would do some pics for next years leaflets. The owner would like pics of various "attraction" around the park, including the childrens play area. Would i need to get a disclaimer signed by the parents if their children appear in the pictures?

Sorry if this has been covered before, i did do a search but couldnt find anything that was revelant.

My understanding is that you will need a release form from anyone who is recognisable in photos used in promotional materials, whether or not they are a minor.

I stand to be corrected if I am wrong.
