Im looking into getting some the PW Plus found some on ebay for cheap. But my question is do you just need the two PW to run more than one remote flash? Or once the master flash is triggered it sets off the others like the CLS system?

Of would you need a PW for each flash you use? :help:

What you would need is one PW for the camera which goes on the hot shoe, then one PW for every flash you have. For example if you have three flashes you would need FOUR PW's.

However because you say it's the PW Plus not the PlusII youw need to make sure that the set you buying has a Transmitter and Receiver. Best bet if yout thinking about getting PW's is to get the lastest verison the PW PlusII which are Transceivers.

Hope that helps

You could use just the one pair if the remaining flashes had an optical trigger built in to it or fitted to the hot shoe. Problem is those flashes would have to be inline of sight of each other and they would have to be in manual too, you wouldn't be able to use CLS if you're using PW's.

Sorry i did mean the PW PlusII, transceivers meaning? (man its to early for my brain)
Also noticed your in Aldershot...cool man i live in Farnborough.

Haha another local :D Photo sessions haha

Well if they are just PW PlusII than just buy one set if you only have one flash. One transceiver for the camera set to transmitter and then the other transceiver on the flash set to reciever mode.
