Purple monitor

My BenQ 27'' monitor has started to have some funny turns now and again all the screen goes pinky/purple.
Its still under guarantee - 3 months left....any ideas please.
Cant say it happens after a certain event or action

try a new cable first off and easiest thing to check

when monitors start behaving in strange ways it is either the start of their failure, or video card is going bad. either is possible so it is best to do some testing and using the appropriate warranty

Check your connections before you send it back, this purple/pink issue often occurs because of a poor connection.
