PureRAW - Black Output images

Over the last couple of days, PureRAW has been intermittently producing entirely black images.

Anyone else experiencing this?

RAW Conversion produced a black/blank image

Evening, I downloaded your trial version the other day and have been testing it out. On a number of images it works fine. On other images, I’m finding that it has problems for no apparent reasons - specifically creating a black/blank image that is always about 14.6MB rather than the usual...

Not used it much lately, but have never experienced this phenomenon.
Just giving it a go now to see if I can replicate this issue, will let you know.
 
Gone through a fair few and all seems fine, very odd.
Maybe something particular in those files, does it do it every time with the same photo?
 
Maybe unistsall and re-install Stew, that has worked for me if I had issues with LR( so I stopped using this programme) or if Photoshop played up a re-install seemed to iron out any bugs

I stopped using LR thoughbut its still on my desktop, maybe I should give it another go - it came with my annual subscription for Phpotpshop

Afternoon all

I've tried reinstalling. First 4 images in a set I was "denoiserating" all black.

I bought it this morning to see if it was trial related. Still the same. I'll try those 4 images again when I get chance.

Updating in case anyone else has the issue.
 
Very strange, haven't used it since I tested it out last week
Wonder if those raw files that get Blacked would do the same thing for someone else?

if you want to send me the link I’ll give them a try here too. I’ve processed a few images through it since purchase and never had a black image.
