I own two cameras a Ricoh G600 (a robust compact for day to day photographs) and a Nikon D60 (for when I go out specifically to photograh something) - I have used cameras both in my work and leisure for as long as I have been affluent enough to own one of my own - initially OM1's and OM2's and a series of film compacts through to digital compacts and now a digital SLR - I have a reasonable understanding of the technical apects of photography but no talent - so it tends to be snaps for record purposes rather than photographs for arts sake

My main "hobby" is long distance cycle touring which generates the greatest volume of photographs
