PSE9 nightmare !!!

I seem to be having a right mare with PSE9, Everytime I try to use the Spot Healing Brush Tool with Content aware it crashes, asks me if I want to send a report then throws me out and PSE9 shuts down, it does not do this when using the proximity match or create texture tool in the spot healing brush tool ???

I have tried an unstall and reinstall but still no joy, any advice ???

What sort of spec are you running on? Could be an issue with insufficient memory or faulty memory.

Does it do the same thing on files of all size? If possible, try doing the operation on a small - say around 300kb - image. Sometimes big files can be duplicated in order to carry out an alteration, putting a strain on working memory.

Of course this is a rubbish suggestion if you are running 4GB RAM or something. It's a weird one - good luck :shrug:

I had the same problem, a Google search found that they have corrected a bug with an update. Make sure you've got all the latest updates and try again.
