pse raw problems

Evening all

have a bit of a problem.
i was using pse 12 and it seemed to crash
and now when i try to open a raw file it says camera model not supported but ive opened several before?

does anyone have any idea how to solve it?

What does 'seemed' to crash mean? DID the program crash, or the whole computer?

I would try reloading the program from disc and set it up again.

Or go onto Adobe site and re-install the updates that support you model of camera and the RAW files produced by that model. I had a similar problem ( although I don't use Elements, I have Photoshop CS 5 )- Problem occurred when I upgraded the Sony a65 to the Sony a77 Its a simple fix
