Yes
I have PSE 7 and have downloaded the raw conversion so that I can edit raw images...

The problem I have is that my netbook has a resolution of only 1024x600 and when I open a raw image a "pop up" mentions that I need a min of 1024x768 & do I want to continue...

I do but I cant save the image that I have been editing nor can I scroll the box/screen down in order to save...

Is there a way round this or have I a "white elephant" with either the netbook resolution or with PSE7 raw converter... That I cant edit raw files...

I've tried to look thru their help but cant see anywhere where it mentions resolution for the raw converter...

Hope I have explained my situation & welcome any advice..

Cheers

Can you alter the scren resolution? when you say you cant save is that because of the pop-up or because you cant reach the save button?

I can only alter it to either 800/1024x600.... I cant scroll down as the page that opens for editing raw wont allow me to move it up nor down - I can move it slightly to the left or the right but thats it... I can't move the page in order to access the save button...

Theres no page size in the top right hand corner neither...

My Netbook has the same resolution and it wouldn't allow me to install PSE7 at all because it kept stating the screen resolution was not high enough (it's also 1024 x 600).

I installed Irfanview instead (free to download) which supports RAW files and therefore allows you to view them, which is fine for me as I personally feel the screen on the Netbook is too small to do any editing.

Cheers Simon

It seems that I will have to stick too Nikons ViewNx 2 for the editing of raw files - but will have a look into Irfanview thou..... Cheers

After you have made your selections in the ACR editor just click on the double headed arrow to shrink it so you can get at the save button.

that doesn't do anything to help with getting the save button... I get the next couple of adjustment controls after what you have shown on that screen print....

I can't help with the save in ACR but Cmd + enter should open the image in photoshop where you can save (I haven't got a mac here to try it}, certainly CTRL + enter works on a pc.

Ok try this then, it works on my machine. As the open Image button is active by default try pressing the Enter key on your laptop to open the image in the editor space.

Will give that a try... Cheers
