Project Nikonos V has arrived

Me Nikonos V has landed its in good shape.
I need to check it out and I have a full set of the user replaceable seals for it as well.
I will also need to have a look at the other non user serviceable seals.

I aim to get it in good shape to go diving in Egypt in September.

Anyone any experience with these?

I plan on trying to find someone who can pressure test it later and will probably end up with a max depth on it of 15 metres.

Very nice! I've seen these around a few times, but never in the water. What film are you planning on using in it?

Thanks, I am a long way from choosing dive film but apparently its got to be 400 slide film for best effect.
Once I have given it a quick clean I will shoot a cheap shagfa-vista through it to check the basics.
