I am quite confident processing in colour but not always happy with any B&W conversions. Those shooting weddings/portraits etc any tips or links to good online tutorials? Do you tend to use some presents or process each individually?

Silver Efex Pro is a good tool for B&W work.............

Wrong board. How do I move this to the PP board?

Normally, you'd report the initial post and ask for it moving. Or, you could just let a helpful staff member stumble over it and move it for you ;)

Any answers I'm likely to give on processing B&W wouldn't be too helpful I'm afraid, as generally it'd be film related and involve different developing chemicals for different degrees of grain or contrast. :)

Another vote for silver effx, although I now use my own black and white preset in photoshop a lot more these days. As someone else said get it right in colour, go to B+W and tweek the contrast a bit.
