Problem with my Yongnuo Speedlite YN465

google it remember reading some where that the capacitor goes down or it was something like that
there was also some cheap diy fix
so I went for the canon 580 ex 2 after researching yongnuo flashes
cheap but not if they don't last
 
Additional information:
I replaced the batteries with new ones,
waited for a few minutes after turning it on. The TTL light goes off & the green pilot will start flashing. I tried it on board of my 600D & still won't flash & the green light didnt turn red. @Rebel_t3i
