Problem with CS6 HELP

Hi, I'm having a problem with CS6.
I have used it many times b4 but now Its not showing me the photo when I open it.. But its there, the file name is at top and background layer is in layers.
When I click on the file name it appears but disappears just as quick, i'm really lost. I've been thru everything.. restored it to original preferences..
Can anyone help?

Best thing is to contact Adobe, you should be able to get support, failing that, the adobe forums or do a reinstall maybe?

Presuming the copy is legit then contact adobe

First try the obvious things, check the layer opacity and fill are 100%, second try double clicking the hand tool, if those fail try going to window/workspace and try float in window (or if it's already in that try tile) failing all else reset preferences (hold down shift/CTRL/alt while booting up photoshop, that often fixes odd behaviour.
