Problem posting links using iPad

I'm away from home and the charger/mains adaptor for my netbook has died, so I've been trying to use my OH's iPad to post some shots for the 52 week project. There seems to be a problem posting multiple links into the same thread. After a lot of faffing around trying to copy the link in the first place on a touchscreen, I can paste one link , but when I leave the thread and go and grab another link, by the time I go back to the thread I'm trying to compose, the first link has disappeared. Has anybody else come across this problem and managed to solve it without having to start a new thread for each individual link - or is an iPad just not compatible with the forum software?

Sorry, I mean post not thread! This machine has got me so frustrated and confused that I don't know what I'm saying!

Is the page refreshing when you go back to it?

If you have a lot of tabs/apps open and the iDevice is low on memory the page will reload when you go back to it which will probably loose the stuff you've posted.

Or you could paste them all onto notes first then paste them all in one go.

Thanks Neil. That sounds like what's happening. I'll have a try at using notes later.
