Probem with Wacom Tablet & Topaz Adjust AI Anyone else?

Hi, I use a Wacom Intuos tablet and pen and it works with everything I have from Lightroom 6, Topaz Denoise AI, Topaz Studio 2, Affinity Photo but Topaz Adjust AI just will not work (does work with a mouse), I have contacted Topaz support and get the regular answer you seem to get from most software help desks "Will pass it on to tech support" where it dissapears into the bowls of the unknown. Does anyone else here use Topaz Adjust AI along with a tablet and have got it to work?, it is a bit of APITN to keep swaping across from tablet to mouse

It works okay with my Intuos 3....I didn't have to do anything special.
 
I have a Wacom Bamboo CTH-670. I do not use it much as I find a mouse easier for most operations. As I do not draw normally when editing photographs, the only occasion I normally use the tablet is with Topaz Mask AI. To answer your question I just ran Topaz Adjust AI and although I personally would not use the tablet with this as it seems to be mainly sliders, the sliders did NOT respond to the Tablet. The cursor does track the tablet pen though. Sliders on other Topaz Plugins do seem to respond to the tablet. I very rarely use adjust now anyway and the lack of operation from the tablet does not affect me. However, you are correct that there does appear to be a fault.

Strange....just checked again and the sliders move with my Intuos 3
 
I just re-installed Photoshop CS6 to see if it would work when an image exported from there but no joy, the only thing that does work is to close it down from top right X, As I said works fine everywhere else, going to see if there are any updates on the drivers side. Thankyou for the replies. Russ.
 
FIXED IT!!!!:banana: If you have any problem with the pen go to the Mapping option on the tablet and turn off windows ink, I thought I had done that via the windows option but seems that does NOT work with Wacom tablets. Russ.
