Pro website / photo management?

Ok, so I couldn't think of the right way to word the name of this thread but this is what I mean...

I want to know any website that you can pay monthly / yearly that is a photo management website. so all you do is pick a theme, upload photos, ad a little personal touches here and there and you have a nice looking website.

(Designing of own themes would be nice too)

I already use Zenfolio and I was wondering if anyone knew any others, preferably British based.

I need this so I can make a business portfolio website instead of just my current more personal unprofessional Zenfolio website that I am using.

There's one advertised in the back of photography mags every month. From £35 a year IIRC, and I'm flubbered if I can remember its name.

Maybe someone has PP / PM / DP to hand?
