The Website is missing essential information. No Business Registration number, no VAT Registration number, no terms and conditions, not even a proper company name. There is a Company Registered to this address, which is Grants Electronics Limited, with a Director called Duncan Redpath. This may, or may not be connected to Pro-Vision. I note that this Director is also connected with Grants Electronics Trading Limited, a separate Company with a separate address at 67 Grants Yard Burton on Trent. Grant Electronics was mentioned in a DPReview Thread at its previous address, by co-incidence at 67 Grants Yard, Burton on Trent, when it would appear that a website called Spilsbury House was being operated.

Grants Electronics was set up in 2012 and registered at 67 Grants Yard, before the address was changed to Cheltenham in Sep 2014. Grants Electrical Trading Company was then set up in October 2014 at 67 Grants Yard. I would wonder what was the reasoning for this and exercise caution before placing any orders with Pro-vision.
 
I have always bought my camera equipment from Pro-Vision and received excellent service and prices. I have not encountered any problems at all. The girls at Pro-Vision answered any questions concerning possible orders, and kept me in the picture relating to tracking and delivery. I have not received the same level of customer service at other online shops unfortunately.

Girl's? Do you know if they actually work for PV, or are just another call handling service?
 
Nice to see new members with excellent reviews of trading enterprises that others may have their doubts about.

yep its totally set my mind at rest and I shall rush to buy a 1Dx from them imedi.... no , wait.... the other thing :lol:
 
Holy Thread Revival Batman.
I've just noticed the dates on these posts.
Now the suspicious mind that I have may soon start to ask a few questions, like why has this thread just been revived when the last post was April 20th? It's a very strange search for a new member to make, just to find this long forgotten thread.
But, I'm glad to know that he has always had good service there. Puts my mind completely at rest.

More likely someone, somewhere has done a search (ain't Google great?) and found this thread. What's that term again? Shill posting is it?
