Hi there - I need to print out one A4 sheet which I have prepared with four photos on Lightroom's Print Module. I don't have a photo printer - is there any way I can save this and print them out anywhere else? I have the sizings etc. precise on Lightroom. It is for a birthday present tomorrow so urgent input would be much appreciated!

File > print. Choose printer as Adobe PDF and page as A4, then print to file. You'll be aaked to choose a file name. The file will be portable!
 
another way would be ( if you are sure your dimensions are correct ) to save out/export to jpg from lightroom and take the image to your local printers and have it printed at A4
 
The pdf route is suited to a desktop / office printer (inkjet).

Thank you for the very kind offer but I have found a colleague with a photo printer and it has been run off tonight. Combination of the useful answers above has got me there so thank you all very much. :)

In the print module you can print to a jpeg. I use it when ordering prints.

In the print dialog the bottom box where you set up the printer options click the to printer near the top an change it to jpeg. The print options will change from printer to jpeg ones.
