Printing colour help-mountain lion with canon ix6550

If anyone could help I'd much appreciate it.

I have a Canon ix6550 and it was running fine until I updated to mountain lion. now all the colours seem to be off. Have tried going into the colour utility and it doesn't seem to matter what I do or where I print from. I don't think the calibration is off on my screen - if I print somewhere else or view a picture elsewhere it's fine.

I don't print that often and don't need them PERFECT, just not totally wrong. Thanks in advance for the help.

Check to see if Canon have updated the driver for it to be compatible with mountain lion, if you have the correct one try reinstalling the driver.

Will give it a go, thanks for the suggestion, haven't done it yet and probably should have. I've also asked canon and should get a reply in 3-5 days so hopefully that will sort it.

After deleting drivers and having a couple of hours reinstalling and things still not working, I did a separate search online for printing with a blue hue as I thought that was what the problem with the printing was, someone said check the print nozzle of the yellow cartridge. I take out the yellow and know the problem straight away, the tab wasn't pulled off properly to connect to the printer. 2 prints later the ink is flowing and the print is perfect. thanks Neil for the suggestion - I was just being totally stupid. Oh well, hopefully someone else might find this in future and have their problem solved quicker and easier than I did.
