any advice for getting my prints to look the same as they do on screen? wothout to much cost

Calibrate your monitor, this can be done automatically or manually(cheaper) i do believe.

Use Adobe Gamma (part of Adobe Photoshop) to create ICC profile .. its easy to go trough utility

You can check if one is installed by going into Start-Control Panel-Adobe Gamma.

If you dont have it installed here is the link for the utility itself.

Unrar it and press on install.cmd
