print sized advice needed

I'm wondering if someone can help me with print sizes.
I use LR3 and a Canon Pixma pro 9500 mk2. I want to be able to print to a specific size from a cropped image. Is this possible.

1.what size is the cropped image (cm or pixels)
2. what size do you want to print from that (cm or pixels)
