Print profile Help

I'm about to get some images printed with dscl, I've applied the print profile after I've finished editing and I can now see a brush mark..... Does this mean it will be visible if I was to get it printed. Its a low key image in mono, should I just adjust the levels so it disappears, I'm stuck on what to do and how it all works, any info appreciated

What software are you using, cant you just get rid of the mark

MMM dunno really I always let photshop choose the profile,as it will use the one it used during PP, set the printer to same let photoshop choose profile

Not sure if I've explained correctly, it's when I add dscl print profile I see the brush mark, I'm not printing them myself...

Can you do a screen shot of the area before and after you set the profile. are you using dscolourlabs?

No, it's not clear what you mean. You need to do a screen shot so we can see the problem

Thanks for the replies I rang up dscl explained the problem I was having they told me not to worry and said it should show up, I've had some prints done and they turned out fine.
