Print problem using Boots Kiosk

Hi everyone!
I gave my daughter some high res images on a USB which she took into Boots just to have some simple prints done, It would not show the images even though they are saved as JPG. I transfered them to a new USB and the same thing each image shows up with a red circle and no image. The guy checked the USB on his computer and all images were there.
What did I do wrong as she likes to use the machines there for family snaps etc and I need to know how to add them to a USB that would work for her.

All sorted my files were too large for these machines.

I wonder why the guy in store when he checked on "his computer" was not able to tell her it was a file size question.

So just what is the file limit?

No idea! he just said that they probably did not show up as the files were too big. She is just having them printed online now.
