I'm considering AP3, but found one comment about print output being far too dark. I realize this is a general comment, but just wonder if anyone has experienced similar problems printing from AP3? I use an Epson R800, and have noticed a difference in output accross applications, with some needing more brightness tweaking than others (though I've not yet tried AP3).

I use AP3. Print quality is actually quite good. I use an iMac with glossy screen so everything looks a little dark compared to my monitor.
Calibrated display with a custom print profile, about as good as I can expect.
Actually prefer the output from AP3 to prints from CS3.

Aperture has always been fine at doing what I require for prints, for photo competitions etc, no problem.
