I saw this advertised on TV last night . Chn4 this evening at 9.00pm. It sounded interesting..lol. Just over an hour's viewing.
The listings review states. Comedy satire. Just as the Palace is recovering from the Harry & Meghan Netflix series here comes another poke in the eye as the downfall of the not-so grand old Duke of York gets the West End musical treatment . Kieren Hodgson writes and takes the lead role in an all-singing ,all dancing satirical biopic to tell the story of Randy Andy's journey from 1980's war hero to royal outcast, including a re-imagining of that ill-advised TV interview with Emily Maitlis. Munya Chawawa plays prince Charles and Harry Enfield plays Tony Blair..
Kieren Hodgson.(.lead role) does not look like Prince Andrew atall..blond hair and minus the paunch. There is no mention of Virginia Giuffre and it was suggested that it's because lawyers will be watching.
It features original songs such as "Will You Be My Ex-Wife" and "You're Always Going To Need An Andrew"
