Prices going up??

Havent read all of this to see if it's confirmed, but I too have just been told by highstreet retailer (not jessops) that Canon prices are going up 9%.

If you're buying camera gear abroad, test drive the camera in Jessops with a card in & take a few photos before you go. If you get stopped by customs you've got a few shots to show that you bought it in the UK

Well they better be of Westminster cathedral........do you really think customs would fall for that one? it's receipts they want.

Raymond, Ian's generally went up in June, I think, but perhaps he's got some older stock.

Nikon lenses prices are going up by 10% too a very well informed source has told me.

I have already noticed price hikes on Sigma over the last month,they seem to be at least 10% higher, especially HK prices on Ebay.
