looking for recs for an off the shelf PC for general home use but primarily lightroom 6 use to use with a dell ips monitor either the 27 or 25

when you say off the shelf do you mean high street/retail park?

not off the shelf as such but places like Overclockers, Chillblast etc... are great places to look at, they have pre done PCs that make it just like buying off the shelf but will be of better standard and easy to upgrade/replace parts..

if you are looking local D.A Computers are still up near St Georges.
