Here's a line from some rules on a wildlife site regarding a photo competition.

Photoshop editing or use of similar programmes is prohibited.

I think this is a tad harsh! I shoot in RAW and do minimal processing.
Doesn't a JPEG image constitute a post processed image?

Any thoughts ?

i would contact the comp orignisers and state this to them.

probably means only minimal pping ie, levels contrast saturation,

and not composite images,

should be in the rules somewhere but email them for clarification
