pp help please

in this pic i exposed for the sky but dont know how to make the building lighter and keep the sky exposed correctly. alternitively a nice blue and cloudy sky would be better.

can anyone help me and have a go editing it for me please.??

Cobra's done a good job and even though this is the PP section, I was wondering if you thought of buying some ND grad filters to keep the sky well exposed as well as the main subject.
Unless you deliberately wanted to do this using PP?

i really should buy some nd grads bellyboy.

no reason it should be done in pp

As I said its starting point just fiddle with the settings
and you should end up with something like "you saw"
although BellyBoy has a good point too
