Beginner posting to gallery direct from LR?

Hi all, I'm really tempted by the 2017 52 project. I'm new to TP and I wondered if it was possible to export as jpeg straight from Lightroom into the Gallery. I know you can upload straight to Facebook and Flickr but can you do the same to TP Galleries and thence to 52. If you can, would someone outline the steps. Otherwise which is the simplest way to upload?
