Edit My Images
Yes
I'm exploring the possibility of using Lightroom to post my images to flickr. All works well so far. But...the images are placed into a separate collection, and if I remove an image from the collection then it is removed from flickr the next time I run the process.

That's fine, but what when I change machines? Say in a couple of years I replace this machine and install LR (not the Cloud version) onto my new machine how do I copy the whole collection over to prevent my images being wiped. There could be a sizeable number of images by then - too many for a manual operation to transfer over.

Wouldn't you transfer your lightroom catalogue anyway to keep your metadata changes, folders, etc

That's a good point. I never checked that. Will have another look.

Just checked that and there should be no problem. I normally upload JPEG files which I convert to sRGB at the end of my processing. Then upload to flickr , and if via LR it keeps the sRGB - or seems to from my quick test run.

Think I've sorted it after talking to Adobe, but it is so complicated that I'm not going to bother.
