Sounds like a good idea - assuming Boris lets us. I'm not counting that chicken until the powers that let him lock us up on a whim finally expire and are not renewed. Income tax is only a temporary measure to pay for the Napoleonic wars, after all.

I was just wondering whether anyone else was going to any events in July or August this year? I've pencilled in Festival of the Unexceptional at the end of July. That's at Grimsthorpe Castle. https://www.hagerty.co.uk/articles/...ate-the-most-marvellously-mundane-motor-cars/

Weather allowing, natch.

I thought it might be an idea to gather a few potential events together that might appeal.
I'll be going to a few BTCC race meetings (right at the end of June & the end of August...) but that will be work & if it's anything like last year I won't be allowed out of the garage let alone meet up with spectators. Nothing outside of work planned yet (I know our local airshow is cancelled)

That's only just over an hour from me so I've put it in my diary, I'm up for an F&C meet-up if it goes ahead.

I've been thinking of asking this question myself. I think a one-day meet only at this stage. Not sure if I'm ready to take the train yet, though, so for me, somewhere I could drive to.

I did wonder about Birmingham city centre, not sure why, but I've shot a couple of rolls there and enjoyed it...

We went to this a few years ago, think it was in Northamptonshire then.
Some cars I remember well as a youngster, we had at least a couple of them.
