Hi all,

Done a few outdoor family shoots but this time it is with older lads.

I'm trying to find help in posing. Get the impression on being dragged there by mum and unlike girls who I can get to put arms around mum/dad etc or with younger people hold hands for a connection I'm worried without posing lads correctly and not look like a spare part.

Any tips or example?

Cheers, Dan

you're going to pose a 21yr old girl holding hands with mum and dad? No offense but this is the sort of thing I reserve for 5yr olds.

You take pictures of adults in those shotos presumably? you can do the same sort of poses but less of the arms around or looking at each other poses.

If you are doing the normal sort of outside walk or wooded area sort of thing then sitting on logs or benches etc. will do well.

I meant holding hands if younger and I always find it easier to get that connection with girls/women and family.

Walking and sitting is fine just thought someone might have a good method for the stood posed ones
