Portfolio layout help - Double sided of not?

Hi Guys,

I have an interview tomorrow for a college course and i had chosen my photos over the last few days and today and i am placing them in the folio folder. My question is each sleeve can hold two photos back to back so should i do this or should i fill the right facing page only? I hope that makes sense.

Using both sides looked much better. I just wasn't sure as I'd never done it before.
