So I like a can of the polish beer on a weekend, discovered a right nice one just on a whim while browsing the sausages in a shop in Huddersfield last year and just took a gamble.
It was a can of Warka Strong at 6.5%. I really liked it very much a quite dark barley like lager.

Anyway I have also tasted a few like the Ocacim at 7% and the Debowe also at 7%

anyone have a preference for a polish one?

I haven't minded the odd tin of Lech or Zubr now and again.

I had a zubra a while ago and a bit to lager for me likewise the zywchek and the tysky

Dont mind the occasional Tyskie.
Quite like the Redds fruit beers for something different though and much easier on the taste buds

do as they do in Poland add some malina cherry cordial ( available in Asda and Sainsbury's) to your drink ,it really adds to the taste

Yeah, I like the darker ones - Debowe Mocna is one of my favourites, as is Okasim (?) Mocne.
Not sure I'd trust myself after half a dozen for breakfast though...

I am going to go get those 2x cans this aft to take home, I am currently working a short 6 month contract near my home in wakefield and it is fair to say it has a lot of polish beer shops here.

You've lost me at 'cans',,,,you might as well drink recycled urine

Having lived in Holland, you lean that Heineken is perfectly decent draught, tolerable in a bottle but awful in a can...same applies to most beers

Compared to the likes of Jupiler and Bavaria it is...best Dutch beer is from the areas bordering Belgium and Germany, quelle surprise
Juliper does even come worthy of comparison tho it's utter garbage
