Polaroid 4x5 ASA 3000 Help

Have some Polaroid 4x5 Land flm 57 which is rated at 3000 ASA but it expired in 1978

Am I correct the asa speed will be lost over years ? If so what do you think it could be rated at?

It is likely that the pod of developer is no good any more but there's nothing to lose in trying it.

I think I would start off giving it an extra stop of exposure. Remember though that unlike negative film, there is no margin for error and any change in exposure gives a change in the final product - the print.
