pointillism

Evening,

My youngest (4 yr old) is looking at pointillism at school, and whilst she is drawing some pictures, I thought it would be cool to convert a photo to a pointillism effect,so can anyone tell me how. I can pixellise, but that is squares, not circles.

I have Gimp and paint shop pro x.

basically it takes an image and breaks it in to pixels so you can manipulate the size. Might be worth a try to see if you can get the type of image you want
