All,

Need some advice? After a little point and shoot to take on holiday. Fed up of taking all the gear, worrying about it (leaving stuff in room) and carting it everywhere....etc.

Anyway, don't want to spend a fortune, was looking at the Nikon s6300 and the Panasonic SZ7?

Think I'm gonna go with the Panasonic, but was just wondering before I do, could I have some opinions or OTHER suggestions am to any comments???... Sooooooommany on the market.

As I say it will only be for the holiday snaps but if it has some nice features too, then all the better. Not too fussed about video to be honest.

IMHO Cameras are for Pics! If ya want Video then buy a Video Camera:thinking:

Anyway - Please help guys & gals

I have the LX5 and rate it highly
you can really tell the difference between it and a small P&S.
and if you're not pixel peeking you can even get near basic DSLR results for colour and feel of the photo, really like it
canon have a decent option too, s95,
