hi there i own a simple digital camera so far lumix tz3, but i am looking to buy a digital slr. i am totally new to this , have been reading up on magazines about them and so on. will probably have around 500 pounds to spend on my first proper camera but not sure which one!! any ideas for starting off??
 
Yep, Sony Alpha 300...easier if you haven't a heap of Canon or Nikon glass/lenses. Oh, and welcome from Montgomery btw :)
