Plusnet or Talk talk Fibre Otic plans

Has anybody got fibre optic packages from either of these providers?
Been searching and Plusnet has some good stats, but then a few reviews have found people complaining about their customer service.
We have tv with Sky, is it worth just getting their package?

I haven't got fibre with talk talk but my home internet is with them and I haven't had problems since I've been with them
 
I was with plus net adsl for years - great reliable service and support/customer service was always superb,

But...

When I wanted to upgrade to their fibre product I found that they cap the upload to 2mb instead of the full speed, so instead of getting 37/9 you got 37/2 - and it was only after ordering that I found this - it was well hidden in some small print.

After a lot of hassle and charges/refunds I managed to cancel without incurring any costs and went with BT infinity - which has been stable since April and benefits from the full upload and download speeds (I am just round the corner from the green cabinet) :thumbs:

Just checked and they now appear to offer the full upload speeds
