Plugin list

Hi all, I use CS3 and elements just wondered if there is a list anywhere of helpful plugins or whether it would be a good idea to start one which people use in often?

I know about noise ninja, is there ones for doing frames etc?

would a list for people to add to be a good idea??

I bought OnOne Plug-In Suite at focus, and tbh it's the best investment I've made recently.

It really quickens the process with stuff like vignettes, and has lots of presets. The masking program is AMAZING!

On one do a pretty good one photoframe pro. http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=10 trouble is it's around the £160 last time I looked.
