Nice take on the theme, great idea.
 
The lighting a quite dramatic and does a good job of focusing the eye on where you want us to look.
 
I like the stark lighting - unusual for a portrait, but fits the subject. Really striking outfit & a great picture - probably the best time image this week (not that it's a competition!)
 
Nice image, I think you have done a good job of capturing the nature of the day.

It's not quite as I remember the album art!

Is there a reason why all your images are from a few years ago, I think the idea is to take a photo in the week the theme was announced.

It's a lovely photo - but the idea of this challenge is to take a photo each week for that week's theme. This was taken in May 2020!
 
Lovely image Paul, I was going to comment on it being very warm where you are until I read Dave's post above. Now it makes sense.
