The embarrassingly stupid question I asked earlier! :bang::bonk::bang::bonk::bang:
Damn I missed the original post
I like to read so called stupid questions, they are often the most interesting :D

Let's just say that I was trying to do something with my camera settings on a camera that I have taken over 10,000 shots with!:cuckoo:

Seriously dont worry about it matey, we all ask silly questions from time to time. Its all par for the course.

You should never delete stuff like that !!!

It gives the rest of us idiots a short period of smugness

Don't feel stupid, I only found out last night that i could turn my flash into high speed sync mode and shoot at up to 1/4000 instead of the default 1/200...

felt like a right tool, but i do have to question canon's wisdom once again on this one, why the hell is the default max 1/200:thinking:

I wonder if Nikons can do that........

I will ask what is probably a dumb question then to replace Fab's.

To check something out the other day I put my camera into the red box mode (bit sticky as it has not been there for so long) and the ISO came out at 320. When I set it I can only do 100, 200, 400 etc (Canon 400D). Does anyone know if you can get the "in between" settings manually? I cannot find anything in the manual about it.

With Nikon's you can set the increments. :D
