Hi All!

A friend of mine asked me to try to edit her friend's picture, so he looks like Charlie Chaplin. I must admit, i only work with LR and suck big time at PS, so struggling to complete the task...

Could someone try to edit this guy picture so he looks similar to Charlie?

Many thanks,

in ps user layers put Charlie on top then use a layer mask to reveal your friends face, keeping Charlies tash.
sorry not got time to do it myself now

I would try It myself but at work all day and she needs it for evening.... Thanks for replying anyway.

Here’s my amateur effort.

Open both in PS.
Drag Charlie onto subject. Delete original.

On the Charlie layer, transform-rotate and resize to make the eyes align on the same plain.
Make a selection of the eyes, nose and tash, feather and paste into a new layer, repeat with a selection of the nose tash and mouth.

Delete the Charlie layer.

Using transform, move, masks and liquify, further manipulate the two bit of Charlie’s face, and then merge them together.

Apply a B&W layer adjustment to the base layer.

Adjust tones to match, dodge and burn using a 50% grey layer.

Flatten.

Save.
