Please help I cannot seem to get assistance

I have been a member since 2009 with over 160 posts on the forum however ive posted for help with mods but no one seems to want to help.

I just want access back to classifieds so I can look for some new kit as per my recent posts.

I've read the conditions of access but do not seem to be in breach of any of them.
