Playing Lightroom Slideshow On a Generic DVD Player?

Ive outputted a slideshow on LR3 of some photos and was wondering what i would have to do to burn them to a DVD that can be played on any DVD player and TV.

The file format of the slideshow is mp4 so i guess it would need converting some how to be able to play on a dvd player, but with what software?

This is on a Mac as well.

okay, well if anyone else is interested, FlickDVD does the job and it's freeware.

Theres a program called handbrake I'm told works well or maybe Imovie?

I use covert x to dvd, but you can use windows movie maker you should have that if you've got windows.
