Picture frames....

Ok I've lifted my head out of the sand

If I wanted to use some of these frames I keep seeing, are they something you have to buy? I followed a link to somewehre selling scripts for photoshop to make frames. Is that the way to go?

I have CS (not 2) but as I have said elsewhere I do not enjoy editing. So if multiple steps are required to create frames it is not going to happen.

So if there is no lazy editors guide to picture frames I'll
