Hi guys been out of it for a couple of years but getting the bug back I used to use Google Picasa for editting but that seems to have disappeared ?? Is there anything like that out there got on with that really well ???

Google discontinued Picasa quite a few years back.
But if you still have the installer, it will still work on Windows (up to and including the current version of Windows 10 (Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.535])).
It probably doesn't play nicely with current raw files - I only tend to use it for jpgs.

Open source like Darktable, or pay £50 and get Serif Affinity. I wouldn’t bother with Picasa.
