Phots and frames in a studio

Depends on the style. I bought some modern black gloss wood box frames from homebase. I got them in the sale and on a 15% off day. About £3.50 each in the end. They have mounts in them and hold 10x8 photos.
The Range sell some good ones and Ikea have a few.
These frames are the ones I use when I supply the "free" print that comes with the photoshoot.

Agree with Dino re The Range,i just bought a 20x16 decent looking frame for less than 6 pounds

^^HARSH^^
But in a way I agree. If I was selling a framed print I would go to my local framer. The quality is head and shoulders above large stores quality. But it's horse for courses. Some people don't want to pay what I'd charge for a professionally mounted and framed print. Shame really, it is always better to support local services.

Dan,

the local framer will probably be prepared to make up a frame that contains the corners of about 10-20 frames. If you use a few designs for the studio, you can then discuss other frames with clients and will have a few others on that display. It needn't take up too much space, possibly a A1 size, but could bring business to the frame maker and also get you a discount.
